Abstract
With the objective of discussing the SAN CELAC Plan and its gender strategy, the article analyzes its discourse in the light of feminist theory. Supported by a methodological framework of analysis of social and political discourse, the work reviews the Plan for Food Security, Nutrition and Eradication of Hunger of CELAC 2025 and the Gender Strategy of the SAN-CELAC Plan, to account for the lack of a feminist theorization or approach in its gender perspective.
