Abstract

This text intends to interpret the mentioned work of the Athenian comedian focusing on the relationship among war - Eros - peace. The hypothesis that we want to mark off indicates that for Aristophanes the man is in a paradoxical situation state regarding war, since he cannot live without desire, but it is desire that also leads to war.
