Abstract
¿Es posible generar condiciones favorables para vivir en democracia? ¿Quiénes y cómo podrían hacerlo? ¿Cómo está conformado el vínculo representativo en nuestros países? ¿Inciden los desarrollos académicos en la sociedad? El debate sobre la convivencia política entre los miembros de una comunidad atraviesa tanto a las ciencias sociales como a una amplia gama de actores que comparten proyectos, intereses y conflictos a la hora de definir las reglas de la vida social.
