Abstract

El presente artículo, al abordar las elec-ciones presidenciales de Colombia del 2006, analiza las posiciones de los diferentes candidatos presidenciales respecto al conflicto armado colombiano, el cual involucra tantoa grupos de extrema izquierda como a grupos paramilitares de extrema derecha. Además, incluye la presentación de las propuestas de
los candidatos respecto al origen y carac-terísticas del confl icto y las estrategias más adecuados para resolverlo.
