Abstract
Guimaraes afirma: “el desarrollo sustentable sólo se transformará en una propuesta seria en la medida que sea posible distinguir sus componentes económicos, ambientales y sociales”. Consolidar y promover esta noción en el ámbito del diseño, implica acciones proactivas desde la universidad, entendida como institución productora de conocimiento y generadora de conciencia social crítica, con capacidad de influir en las orientaciones de desarrollo que cada sociedad adopta. La presentación propone una reflexión acerca de la necesidad de nuevos instrumentos para la enseñanza-aprendizaje del ejercicio proyectual.
