Abstract
En el presente avance de investigación se analiza el contenido del numeral 1º del artículo 230 del Código de Procedimiento Penal (CPP) frente al bloque de constitucionalidad y se muestra cómo efectivamente el contenido de dicha norma desconoce derechos humanos fundamentales tales como la intimidad, que son protegidos por la Carta Política.
