Abstract

Globalization and the Information Society have undeniable ethical consequences. Tackling the incidence that some aspects of globalization on values, help us understand the world today can not ignore the ethical and moral conflicts experienced by individuals, societies and peoples. By briefly mentioning what the "retention and promotion" of the value, you can make a comparison with a world that produces "ephemeral values" through an overvaluation of consumerism and individualism as the ideal man. These and other elements undermine the value systems that unite society and cultures. We do so, the following questions: how should we pass on the values today? How today face the omnipresence of value relativism, individualism, confusion between values and beliefs?
