Abstract

It is proposed in this paper to present a view from the complexity of the phenomenon known as Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents -ESCNNA-, particularly in some municipalities in the departments of Atlántico and Sucre. This view is proposed here for the rights of children and adolescents and is focused on the population living in displacement and specifically in the sexually exploited, rather than "sexually abused". This proposal is justified from the space physical level, which is where rights are objectified. From here, it extends and the subject is complex, covering beyond the blurred boundaries of poverty
