Abstract
La aparición de un posconflicto en el horizonte jurídico abre el debate sobre la manera como deben ser dirigidos los esfuerzos de transición en el país. En el presente trabajo, se exploran los instrumentos internacionales conocidos como estándares, se analiza su relación con el principio de reparación integral –pilar fundamental de la justicia transicional– y se estudia la forma como pueden ser integrados a la normatividad nacional mediante la aplicación del control de convencionalidad difuso establecido por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y las consecuencias que se derivan de esta acción.
