Abstract
El presente documento es una reflexión histórica, filosófica y jurídico- política en torno a los conceptos de Constitución política y Estado de derecho. En este sentido, las líneas que se publican a continuación son en cierta medida, una reconstrucción de los antecedentes, los principios y los fundamentos jurídico-políticos de la Constitución colombiana de 1991.
