Abstract
The investigation was guided with the aim of the implementation of a inclusive
design of “intraemprendimiento” funded by international cooperation in Colombia,
specifically generating market access for goods and services for productive units
consisting of vulnerable people in the “Red Unidos y No Unidos” formalized in the Red Cemprende. The research is a mixed type: qualitative and quantitative, with the case study methodology. The results of the research showed the lack of support of private enterprise and the public sector into concrete actions to strengthen public-private policy in the Tourism and Cultural District of Cartagena de Indias to allow access to new markets through the design of an intraemprendimiento model and guarantee a constant process of International Cooperation for Development. It was concluded that from the issues raised, the model of inclusive “intraemprendimiento” started from the needs of demand, companies in Cartagena and final consumers are able to purchase goods and services according to the quality of supply units productive.
