Abstract

Pocos conceptos tienen tan diversas acepciones como la palabra derecho, un buen número de los estudios y debates académicos están orientados a comprender en qué consiste o en qué no consiste (definición negativa). Una cuestión discutida tanto por la teoría jurídica como por la filosofía jurídica, por supuesto, atendiendo a sus particularidades e intereses epistemológicos. Las Autoras tampoco desatan la cuestión, por el contrario no tardan en confesar que se proponen diagnosticar un fenómeno particular1 y terminan por abordar el fenómeno del Derecho: cuál es la relación del Derecho con el fenómeno y a través de ello, encontrarán las (os) lectores (as) posibles y plausibles expresiones sobre el Derecho y su potencial para qué.
