Abstract

La investigación Discapacidad asociada al Conflicto: “Discursos y percepciones de los actores involucrados en la experiencia vivencial de las víctimas civiles de Minas Antipersonal (MAP), Artefacto Explosivo Improvisado (AEI) y Resto Explosivo de Guerra (REG) en los departamentos de Bolívar y Sucre”, hizo parte del proyecto marco “Asistencia a víctimas civiles de minas antipersonal y munición sin explotar (MAP y MUSE) en Colombia”. Tuvo como objetivo comprender la experiencia vivencial desde el proceso de reconfiguración de la subjetividad y de las redes sociales de los sobrevivientes de accidentes por MAP, AEI y REG, en los departamentos de Bolívar y Sucre, Colombia, durante los años 2008 y 2010. El hecho de estar en los tres primeros países en el mundo con mayor número de nuevas víctimas anuales, ser el único país de América Latina en donde aún se siembran minas antipersonal (MAP) de manera indiscriminada, donde existen municiones sin explotar (MUSE), y tener un reporte de más de 9.500 víctimas (entre civiles y militares) desde 1990 hasta la fecha, son algunas de las razones que justifican este estudio.
