Abstract
The organizations have had major changes in recent years due to industrialization processes, technology evolution and the consequences of globalization. This situation leads to an increased competition and development of dynamics involving radical and extreme restructuring work processes that can be a cause for adverse events in employee’s health. This article explores the role played of efficacy beliefs between the employees’ perception of facilitators and levels of engagement within organizations.
