Abstract
In this paper a playful learning tool calles "Sneaky demands" is presented and tested, whose main focus is independent demands, a situation in which the company has no power over the amount of product that the customer wants to purchase, causing orders or product maufacturing to have high variability and inaccuracy. The scenarios where the tool was tested has given several feedbakcs and analysis, such as modificating the Excel format to enter data, with the purpose of obtaining more accurate quantifiable results; setting limits of people or groups ir order not to saturate the work of the game modifier, in charge of watching the development of it and entering data in Excel; and the delivery of physical Excel formats with blank boxes, so that the participants can capture their ideas and apply strategies based on it. Finally, through surveys, an approach to the knowledge of the participants in the different topics derived from independent demands is obtained.
